We are looking for an FAE for our Westborough, MA, office who can perform the following FAE functions:
1.Track, respond, and manage the customers' technical inquiries.
2.Must be able to track down complex technical information for customers.
3.Provide on-site training to customers' technical staff.
4.Assist with the customization of the collateral and training materials for each customer, market segment and geography.
5.Write concise statements of work that accurately relay the customers' needs to the NRE Engineers.
6.Provide project management assistance on multiple projects.
7.Provide technical feedback to the development Engineers.
8.Travel on short notice to North America and Europe.
9.Develop relationships with customers as a trusted advisor, trainer and consultant.
10.Be able to track multiple details and think agilely.
11.Be calm under the pressure of deadlines, revenue goals, and customer demands.
12.Must be a customer advocate and a company advocate as the situation demands.
FAE Requirements:
- Technical degree in computer science or 5 years of relevant experience.
- Working knowledge of Servers and Embedded hardware and firmware.
- Working knowledge of Intel x86 processor technologies.
- Experienced with public technical presentations.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with BIOS, EFI and pre-OS environments.
