Insyde MobilePRO BIOS and Insyde KeyPRO Firmware Utilized in Pavilion zt1000 Series

Westborough, Mass., Jan. 3, 2002 - Insyde Software Corp., a leading global provider of BIOS/firmware and consulting services, today announced that it provided the system software for Hewlett-Packard’s new Pavilion zt1000 Series notebook computers. These newest Pavilion models to be introduced by Hewlett-Packard feature a thin and lightweight design, numerous configuration options, and are targeted for consumer, student and business users looking for mobile functionality for work and play. This collaboration between Insyde Software and Hewlett-Packard is the continuation of a relationship between the two companies formed in 1999 when Insyde Software developed the BIOS and firmware for the Pavilion 3200, 3250, and 3210 notebook models.
