End User Help

Insyde Software provides engineering support for a large number of CPUs and chipsets from many manufacturers to ODMs and OEMs. We do not provide end user support, including upgrades, for customer systems running on Insyde Software or SystemSoft BIOS products.

For end user BIOS upgrades or other support, we recommend you contact your computer manufacturer. If you aren't sure who manufactured your computer, and if you are based in the U.S., locate the FCC ID on your computer label, usually located on the back of the unit or bottom of a laptop. The FCC hosts a web site that allows you to search for your computer's manufacturer using this FCC ID.
